Reasons we collect this information
— To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, for example, under the terms of the anti-money laundering regulation effective from 10 January 2020 we are required to keep a record of any Customer Due Diligence information we obtain on customers for a period of five years from the completion date of the transaction.
In each of the above cases this is in our legitimate interest, including marketing our services, providing smooth client experience, making our website available, and performing our contracts.
